I got here up with this recipe for Korean-fashion red meat Chops ultimate summer and due to the fact that then it has been on our dinner menu regularly. I prefer the use of thick boneless red meat chops but you may use bone-in beef chops in case you decide on.

Korean Style Pork Chops Recipe

Korean Style Pork Chops Recipe


  • 1/4 cup soy-sauce
  • 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 4 6 ounce each boneless pork chops
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onion


  1. Preheat oven to 350 tiers.
  2. In a small bowl blend soy sauce, brown sugar, chili garlic sauce,sesame oil and floor ginger until blended.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a big oven and broiler secure skillet over medium heat.
  4. Season pork chops with salt and pepper and add to skillet. cook for three-4 mins till brown.
  5. Turn pork and brush browned aspect with half of the marinade and cook dinner for another three-four minutes until brown.
  6. Flip pork and pour remaining marinade over red meat.
  7. Switch skillet to preheated oven and bake on the center rack for 30-35 minutes till red meat is cooked very well.(a hundred forty five degrees)
  8. Boom oven temperature to broil. carefully transfer skillet to pinnacle rack and broil for 1-2 mins.
  9. Remove from oven, cowl with foil and allow relaxation for five-10 mins.
  10. Top with chopped green onion before serving.
